set_instance_variant
Switch the variant of a component instance.
Sets variant properties on an INSTANCE node, e.g. { Size: 'Large', State: 'Hover' }, swapping it to the matching variant of its component set. Use get_component_metadata first to discover the available properties and values.

Tips
- Property names and values are case-sensitive — copy them from get_component_metadata.
- Only the properties you pass change; the others keep their current value.
