Plugin Features
HTML File Upload
Drag and drop an HTML file to render it directly in Figma
The HTML import view in the plugin lets you upload a local .html file to render it on the Figma canvas without using an AI tool. This is useful for prototyping from static exports or testing your own HTML/CSS.
- Open the plugin and pick HTML import in the header selector.
- Drag a .html file onto the upload area, or click to browse.
- The plugin reads the file and sends it for rendering.
- A new frame appears on the canvas with the rendered design.
Tips
- External resources (web fonts, remote images) may not load inside the plugin sandbox — inline your CSS.
- Large files with many elements take longer to render.
- Use meaningful class names in your HTML so nodes are easy to find and edit afterward.
