create_component_set
Combine several components into a Figma variant set.
Combines two or more ComponentNodes into a ComponentSetNode (a variant set). Name the components using Figma's variant convention, e.g. 'Button/Size=Small, State=Default', and the variant properties are inferred from the names. Returns the component set ID and the inferred properties. Use create_component first to turn frames into components.

Tips
- Name components 'Base/Property=Value' before combining so Figma infers clean variant properties.
- All components must be on the same page.
- Follow up with get_component_metadata to confirm the inferred properties.
