apply_animation_style
Apply a Figma Motion preset to a layer.
Applies an animation style to a layer, with an optional duration, start time and style options. The frame's timeline is lengthened to fit and never shortened.

Tips
- Figma cannot animate a top-level frame; target its children.
- Stagger related layers with timelineOffset instead of one long animation.
